FOGO April 12 Pops Concert Bake Sale!

Tear yourself away from the beautiful weather and bake some cookies! Thanks to everyone who signed up, but we still need help for the bake sale on Thursday, April 12 at 7 pm.  The Orchestra counts on the funds raised through these bake sales for all kinds of great things. Please look below for what you can do and sign up online at our doodle poll:

1. Donate baked goods (drop them off at the Quincy Jones Auditorium when you drop off your child, or bring them with you when you arrive for the performances – MANY DONORS NEEDED)

2. Set-up (Arrive at 6 pm - 3 people needed)

3. Sell before concert (2 people needed)

4. Sell during B/C’s performance (calling on "A" orchestra families so B/C families can enjoy their child's performance - 2 people needed)

5. Sell during intermission 3 people needed)

6. Sell during A’s performance (calling on "B/C" orchestra families so A families can enjoy their child's performance - 4 people needed)

7. Sell after concert (4 people needed)

8. Clean-up (its easy and doesn’t take that long - 4 people needed)

9. Accept donations (No soliciting required. Just stand at one of the auditorium's entrances with a can labeled "Donations." 2 needed. )

Don’t’ forget to buy cookies and sandwiches!
