1. Donate baked goods (drop them off at the Quincy Jones Auditorium when you drop off your child, or bring them with you when you arrive for the performances – MANY DONORS NEEDED)
2. Donate cases of bottled water (DONE)
3. Set-up (Arrive at 6 pm - 4 people needed)
4. Sell before concert (2 people needed)
5. Sell during B/C’s performance (good for this)
6. Sell during intermission (4 people needed)
7. Sell during A’s performance (calling on "B/C" orchestra families so A families can enjoy their child's performance - 4 people needed)
8. Sell after concert (4 people needed)
9. Clean-up (help Thomas out! 3 more people needed)
10. Accept donations (Filled)
