Dear Band, Choir and Orchestra Families –
‘Tis the season for the annual Mid Winter Concert, Dec. 15, featuring the talents of the Garfield Band, Choir and Orchestra Students. We will be holding a combined bake sale to benefit all of the programs. Much help is needed for a successful fundraiser. Most importantly, we need lots and lots of holiday goodies!

Be sure to click on the “show all options” button to see all the jobs which are listed below.
1. Donate baked goods (drop them off at the Quincy Jones Auditorium when you drop off your child, or bring them with you when you arrive for the performances – MANY DONORS NEEDED)
2. Donate cases of bottled water (2 people to bring 1 case each)
3. Set-up (Arrive at 6 pm - 4 people needed)
4. Sell before concert (4 people needed)
5. Sell during Band performance (calling on orchestra and choir families so band families can enjoy their child's performance - 4 people needed)
6. Sell during Choir performance (calling on orchestra and band families so choir families can enjoy their child's performance - 4 people needed)
7. Sell during Orchestra performance (calling on band and choir families so orchestra families can enjoy their child's performance - 4 people needed)
8. Sell after concert (4 people needed)
9. Clean-up (its easy and doesn’t take that long - 4 people needed)
10. Accept donations (No soliciting required. Just stand at one of the auditorium's entrances with a can labeled "Donations." 2 needed. )
And don’t forget to buy the goodies!
