Last reminder for the last orchestra bake sale for the year at the Graduation Concert, June 18 at 7 pm. Bring your items tomorrow! Thank you so much for your support this year. You have helped us raise a lot of money for the program.

1. Urgent request – We need 4 dozen purple and white cupcakes for the graduating seniors Still need 2 dozen more cupcakes
And the usual:
2. Donate baked goods (drop them off at the Quincy Jones Auditorium when you drop off your child, or bring them with you when you arrive for the performances – MANY DONORS NEEDED)
3. Donate case of bottled water (Done)
4. Set-up (Arrive at 6 pm - 4 people needed)
5. Sell before concert (3 people needed)
6. Sell during B/C’s performance (all set!)
7. Sell during intermission (4 people needed)
8. Sell during A’s performance (calling on "B/C" orchestra families so A families can enjoy their child's performance - 4 people needed)
9. Sell after concert (4 people needed)
10. Clean-up (its easy and doesn’t take that long - 4 people needed)
11. Accept donations (No soliciting required. Just stand at one of the auditorium's entrances with a can labeled "Donations." 2 needed. )
