Third Call for Volunteers!

Thirty one people have graciously offered to volunteer for our upcoming event.  Thank you!  However, we need 16 additional parents to help out. If you haven’t already done so, please sign up to volunteer.  It only takes an hour!

Volunteers are still needed for the following jobs:

 

Set Up: 3 volunteers to set up tables and chairs.  Set up starts at 12:00 pm on the day of the Waltz.

 

Ticket Sales/Ticket Takers/Raffle Ticket Sales:  4 volunteers in two early shifts 

 

Chaperoning:   8 volunteers.   Chaperones will be on the third floor where the musicians hang out and the instruments are stored, and on the main floor and stairway to keep them clear.  Chaperones will be providing an adult presence to a particular section and keeping people from bunching up on the perimeter of the dance floor and stairways.

 

Clean up:  3 volunteers to help remove everything from tables and stack tables and chairs on dollies.  Clean up starts immediately following the last dance and with lots of help, everyone can go home sooner.
