CWU Orchestra festival Chaperones Needed!

Dear Garfield Orchestra families,

Chaperones are needed for our March 8-Central Washington Orchestra Festival.  All orchestras (A, B and C) will be attending!

On Thursday March 8 ALL Garfield orchestra students will be attending the Central Washington Orchestra Festival in Ellensburg, WA. This is a non-competitive festival including a constructive and engaging exchange between the clinician/conductor and students.

We will need 15 volunteers to chaperone the group on buses and throughout the festival.  This is a fun and easy event to chaperone plus another great chance to see your student perform!

Volunteers should be at Garfield at 8:30 on the morning of March 8th.  We will be returning to Garfield in the evening around 7:30 pm (depending on traffic).  Volunteer paperwork will be provided to chaperones a few weeks before trip.

The sign-up link is here: Sing up to chaperone for CWU Festival

Thank you!
