The waltz tradition continues this year with a “Skater’s Waltz” on Sunday, March 27th at historic Washington Hall. Join our students as they play all of your waltz favorites (or introduce you to new ones) and we get the first opportunity to dance since January of 2020. Doors will open at 5:30 pm with dancing beginning at 6:00. Ticket sales are limited to 300 – with 100 initially set aside for Garfield students other than performers all sold as of March 14. If tickets remain, student tickets may be sold at the door of the event – check back on March 24th for an update. About 65 adult tickets remain as of March 14, but don’t risk missing your chance to dance – purchase yours today! (Performing orchestra students do NOT need to purchase tickets.) Food and drinks will be available for purchase online in advance with your ticket purchases (and must also be purchased for student performers who so desire) – head to our EVENTS page and let us know you’re coming!
Proof of covid vaccination or a negative covid test result in the last 48 hours (rapid antigen tests are acceptable) will be required of all adult guests. Per Washington Hall guidelines, masks will be required unless eating or drinking.
